Session Guide
You've just booked your session with Bella Portraits and we are so excited! Wondering what's next? Below, I will share some do's and don'ts, what to expect and covid-19 procedures and much more to help you get ready for your session. I am so excited to work with you and your family. Don't stress!! I will plan your entire session, all you have to do is bring yourselves!
How to prepare
-Naps are not only for kids!
-Bring water
-Don't forget your lipstick and gloss for touch ups
-Extra shoes if needed for walking
-Bring a jacket or cardigan incase its chilly
-I like to incorporate some blankets so wear something comfortable
-Wear soft colors
-Iron clothing the night before
Connection not perfection! Although we will be doing poses at the beginning, I will also incorporate some tickling, dancing, jumping and walking.

-Accessories will be provided
-Sweets will also be provided so please reach out if any allergies
-This is the time to BRIBE :)
-Bring your CHRISTMAS Attire or PJS
SANTA MINI
-Santa is OPTIONAL.
-You will be allowed to use our set up without Santa.
-If using SANTA please speak to your children before arriving about the dos and dont's with Santa
-Santa will do his best to make every kid comfortable
-Bribe, bribe, bribe. Please bring toys and or treats for your child
What to wear
-Wear clothing you feel comfortable and confident in
-Please steam or iron your clothes
-Avoid clothing with LOGOS
-If you are wearing heels bring extra shoes for walking
-Avoid NEON colors
-Do not wear matching outfits. Rather coordinate colors
-Accessorize it! Hats, scarves, jewelry, headbands etc
What to expect
-Please arrive early. I will be at our designated location before you, so expect to receive a message with specific details. You will only have a 10 minute grace period. If you show up late we will use the remaining time left. If you are 30 minutes late you will NEED to reschedule with a rescheduling fee of $50. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
-Weather can always change! I will consult with you a day before if it looks like it is going to rain/snow/extreme cold/ect.
-Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your session date. I blocked that time for you so please be mindful.
MEMORY LANE MINIS- $50 cancelation fee due to location rental
-After your session I will send your final edited images with your own photo gallery within 2 weeks.
By signing your contract you are not allowed to alter/edit/change your images.

Covid-19 Procedures
I will wear a mask at all times throughout our session.
For the majority of our session I will be at least 6 feet away. However, I will come closer from time to time for more intimate shots and individual portraits.
